Shamanic Work

Hollow Bone: To be open of body, mind, and spirit to allow healing energy and wisdom to flow through.

Shamanic Work and Soul Retrieval

Shamanic work is a thousands year old practice that calls on divine support to help people heal. A shaman acts as conduit or “hollow bone” to access sources of support and address spiritual aspects of mental or physical illness, to perform soul retrievals, and to access helpful information.

Soul loss can occur when we have a trauma, a difficulty that we can’t fully manage, when we have deep grief, or a change that is too much to fully integrate. Soul retrieval work helps us to bring these parts of us back to ourselves so that we can feel more whole, more well, more healthy and integrated.
