I Believe in the Power of Love.

The love that lives within each of us, the love that comes from sources outside of us and from aspects of nature.

Together, we draw on these sources of support to help heal wounds, move forward and grow.

The intention of my work is to support growth and healing as you integrate past experiences and make sense of your current life experience.

I provide support in times of trial, transition, relationship endings and beginnings, the birth of a child, the loss of a loved one.

My Personal Path

My personal path of healing began after being the recipient of some life-saving help as teen, suffering from an eating disorder, enmeshed in unhealthy personal, familial, and social dynamics. The death of my brother when he was 23, opened my eyes and I soon left a successful, but ultimately unsatisfying corporate career to pursue healing.  I have learned so much in recent years, through the process of finding lasting partnership and giving birth to my son in my late 40’s.

I have worked with individuals with varied issues and hopes in 25 years of practice, ranging from chronic illness, and depression, to people simply wanting to feel better in their bodies, to those hoping to find better ways of being in relationship with themselves and others. People who come to see me are often in a state of transition. I enjoy working with women of all ages, eating disorders, relationship issues and transitions, fertility issues, and transition to parenthood. I have specialized training in working with trauma and find that many people who come to see me have suffered some sort of traumatic experience(s).
